Rehearsal Terms

Expectations and procedures for arrival and departure from the rehearsal space.

Terms

Entering and Exiting

You will need to enter and exit on your own using the side door and 4 digit code for the keypad lock. The code changes often, but please do not share the code with anyone. Our side door is located in the alley to the west of the front door. If that gate is locked, you will need to access it through the alley and parking area. (walk east, left on Wolcott and left down the alley.)

You should get a 4 digit code. Enter the code. While the keypad is lit, the deadbolt will engage and you can turn it to unlock the door. (If the wrong code or no code is entered the lock will just spin in place.)

If the door seems stuck or the lock is difficult to turn, try pressing in on the center of the door. (That should release the tension on the deadbolt that makes it stick.)

Expectations while in the rehearsal space.

Leave space as you found it.

Do not use or disturb props or costumes etc that are not yours.

Please report any broken items or fixtures

We suggest keeping the front doors locked for your rehearsal to avoid interruption. People do sometimes wander in as they pass by and ask questions about the shows or space.

Locking up

Lock the double doors from the inside.

Turn off all the overhead lights, stage lighting, and sound equipment.

Exit through the back / side door.

Use the code or just press the "schlage" button to engage the deadbolt to lock the door. (Similar to opening procedure.)

Dates and Times

The dates and times of the rehearsals will be determined, communicated, and paid for via email or by other electronic means.

Future bookings

This contract will apply every time the signee reserves a rehearsal space and they will only need to complete it the first time. If the contract changes the signee may be asked to sign the updated version when they reserve again.
