In the past some have expressed unease with seeing all of the numbers for each month.  We understand it can be weird and there may be a natural inclination to compare sales numbers. That seems like it might lead to bad feelings and resentment, etc.  We want to assure everyone that is not our intention.  We strongly believe in pay transparency as a concept for all organizations. Management almost always pushes the narrative that it is impolite or improper to talk about how much you make at your job. The secrecy allows for wage disparity and exploitation. Though we realize it's not quite the same as salaries, part of the reasoning is simply based on providing that transparency.  Secondly,  we want to be transparent with how much we are making and the portion of that going back to producers / performers. Lastly, our hope is that this information can facilitate collaboration.  If a show does well, anyone can look at or ask what those producers are doing that may be contributing to their success. Hopefully, everyone is open to sharing their wisdom and expertise.
